JEREMY | co-founder & principal
Dr Jeremy Pearce has over 20 years of extensive senior management experience in both the public and private sectors. He has also worked as a consultant with the World Bank and in board advisory at KPMG.
Jeremy is a guest lecturer in business schools throughout Asia and Europe and has been published widely, including as sole author of the book Directors’ Powers and Duties in Vietnam. He has delivered numerous conference and seminar papers, around the world, in the areas of corporate responsibility, governance, ethics and decision-making.
Jeremy holds master’s degrees in law and business and has a doctorate in law. He is a member of New College, Oxford University and Trinity College, Cambridge University.
As a keen yachtsman Jeremy has sailed around the world via the capes and was the first to set a Guinness record for a non-stop circumnavigation of Australia. Jeremy is committed to improving company efficiency and performance through improved decision-making processes as a direct consequence of strong governance regimes.
